As an actress  and director currently working in the industry, I have accumulated a span of different skills and knowledge which enable me to specifically tailor each session to every person I work with.

I have worked with directors including Jessica Swale (Globe, ‘Summerland’, ‘Leading Lady Parts’), Jake Smith (‘The Height of the Storm’, Wyndham, Almeida), Max Key (Trafalgar Studios, Lyric), Dipak Patel (BBC, Comedy Central), Ian Nicholson (Nuffield Southampton) and Amy Liptrott (Pitlochry Festival Theatre).

I also have a degree in English and write for screen, stage and radio. My short film ‘Health Kick’ won Best Short Film, Best Comedy and Audience Choice Award. I have written, produced and performed multiple plays for VAULT Festival, Edinburgh Festival, Women in the West End (Arts Theatre) and The Rosemary Branch Theatre. I have also worked closely with film producer Julia Verdin (‘Two Jacks’ starring Sienna Miller, Jack and Danny Huston).

For my corporate clients, I use my acting and teaching background to assess the best way to get results and have seen my approach lead to increased confidence and subsequent success in people's careers. I have worked with clients from a wide variety of industries including financial services, law, renewable energy, computer sciences, scientific research, aviation and more.
